“The entire resort was absolutely beautiful. It did have a slight smell and I’m sure it was from the hall carpet from hurricane. Best part about that is my last day there they were closing to remodel. My husband and I are waiting for the opening to book next year.”

“We had an enjoyable stay at Iberostar Rose Hall. It was not super busy, so there was no difficulty accessing amenities. Food was good, staff was great, and activities and entertainment were very enjoyable. The activity staff do a fantastic job. Very nice pools and beach, as well. The property itself is a little rough around the edges in spots. Sloppy paint and caulk jobs in the room. Some cracks here and there. Nothing that hampered our stay, but does take away some from the illusion of……

“Our room had roaches and the resolution was for them to spray the room. My husband and i felt uncomfortable the entire stay. The room we were in gave one bedroom apartment on the south side of Chicago. Cracks in the walls, poorly cleaned washroom and stained body towels were given to us. I would visit Jamaica again just not this resort. The only good thing was the staff was super nice”
