牙買加海灘酒店

「Rooms and property were dated. I could not get hot water in shower, changed rooms & still did not get hot water. Shower pressure weak in 2 rooms. I had 4 dinners while in Jamaica, the worst one and most expensive one was at Tree House. Some rooms have been renovated, need to inquire about that. Location on beach great, chairs provided at waterfront. Staff great. Supermarket is right across the street. Free parking very convenient. Pool water was nice & warm.」

「Some equipment is old」

「The rooms in the resort were "OK" but the resort itself is old and somewhat outdated. There are many cracks in the walkways and the rooms/buildings are aged. The rooms are good size but the amenities are old. I was not able to get a good night sleep in our bed because the mattress was warped and old. The mattress definitely needs to be replaced. The TV set was old and also needs to be replaced. The voice on the TV was distorted and I was not able to hear the TV very well. The price of the...

「If accommodation is all you need...then this is the place for you. Except for the security personnel on the beach, no one else acknowledges you unless you ask.」

「The hospitality was so wonderful. The staff makes you feel comfortable and at home. Very friendly and easy to talk to you. The bartender was very flavorful, made a lot nice drinks and kept the drinks coming and the vibe. The cook was so good, very flavorful, colorful and the presentation of each dish was good. The breakfast was a slap your mama. The room are cleaned and freshed with a lot of space. The location is not bad you have a shopping center close by. The hotel is self was beautiful a...

「Nice place!」

「“Great location but the rooms need upgrade.” I stayed at Rooms Negril in 2021 and had a great experience, but my September 2026 stay was very different. I booked in February and requested a balcony. With seven months’ notice, I expected that to be honored. At check‑in, I was told none were available and that one might open the next day, which would’ve meant unpacking and repacking just to move rooms. Later, I saw guests checking in after me receiving second‑floor balcony rooms, which felt...

「Great location, beautiful setting and amazing Spa. Had the pleasure to see baby turtles make their way to the ocean.」

「The staff are gems. The property needs to be renovated - too many old doors, locks and furniture for the price. However, the beach is absolutely amazing. Also I booked and prepaid in full yet needed to make a $200 USD deposit for staying TWO nights.」
