“This was our second stay at the property and it was just as great as the first time. My husband and I love this property as it’s like a home away from home. It’s spacious, clean, quiet and I adore the enclosed patio. It’s in a good location w/ stores and a wonderful restaurant nearby. Patricia is an amazing and attentive host! “We stayed for five nights in late March and were thoroughly impressed with the property. It was clean, comfortable, and had stunning views. The private beach was perfect and was teeming with sea glass if you are a collector. We walked the path between the neighborhood and larger beach several times to eat at Office of Nature (delicious). “This is a beautiful property. The only reasons we could not give it 5 stars was because the grill was not working and would not be replaced nor fixed timely and we wanted to use it and the AC unit in the master bedroom was not cooling the room. That was challenging because we had to share the only other bathroom on the main level, which we did not plan on doing. The property manager did open up another room to us in the house, but that room did not have the size or the view we had in the……

“The room was okay great customer service. I stayed there during Melissa. I when there on a Monday then everything went downhill cause of Melissa. The building suffered damages and needs to be repaired ”

“This property is run down and neglected. The kitchen has mould around the taps, pots and pans and dishes old. No tea towels to do dishes. Very old fixtures. We didn't use the kitchen because of these reasons. The bathroom is a nightmare. Toilet is rusty and disgusting around the base. All drains are extremely slow and the bathroom basin had scunge coming up from the clogged drain. I put my finger in there to see if something was blocking it and I cut my finger on a razor sharp piece of metal. If……
