“Great location! Close to restaurants and shops. Close to transportation, ferries, Havaist airport bus, metro, and local busses. On quiet street. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Only improvement would be to bolt down the room safe.”

“Great small hotel in a good location, comfortable room. Only issue was that I could hear the people walking around in the room above me quite a lot through the floors. They weren't being loud or anything, just the nature of the building I think. Something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper.”

Onze eerste Kamer was niet naar verwachtingen en we kregen onmiddellijk, zonder discussiëren, een andere (upgrade) kamer. We maakten gebruik van de massage service en de hammam en ook dit was buiten alle verwachtingen. De 2 dames deden dit super goed. ”

“Location of the hotel was brilliant. My son treated me for my 60th birthday as I loved visiting Istanbul before. So he booked it. We all had lovely rooms , my husband & I , my middle son & his wife & youngest son. Except for my eldest son he had the smallest room especially hard with a toddler. They complained to the manager & were moved to a bigger room however that was after a few days. That should not have happened. They should have been given a larger room at the beginning.”

“1. Acoustic insulation is not good, could hear everything in the next room and in the corridor, got waken up early. 2. Bed is comfortable and the terrace nice. Some fixtures are old and need replacement, for example the shower head holder, the whole vertical rod came out when trying to adjust. Not sufficient counter surface for putting items in. The counter surface at the sink does not drain back to the sink and splashed water accumulate. 3. Dove shampoo and shower gel were provided. Better and……
