"Fabulous villa with fire place. Beautiful and scenic hotel. We had a great time playing in the snow. The lounge provided quality food and drinks. If there is more varieties, it will be even better. "

"It is a very lovely, quiet deluxe hotel set back from the street. The service was impeccable, with free shuttles at call to and from the hotel. Remember to book in advance if you are arriving from the train station as this will save you the taxi fare! The rooms are large and the public bath is a treat. Breakfast is lovely - the restaurant faces the gorgeous court yard. "

"We had an excellent relaxing visit in Hakone at the Prince Hotel. The Japanese bath is exceptionally beautiful, has an outdoor tub from which the sunrise over the mountains can be seen. We enjoyed the extensive breakfasts- don't pass them up. We don't golf or play tennis, but used this resort setting as a base for sightseeing and hiking the region's mountain trails."

"The onsen experience was fantastic. It's a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff services. We like everything about the hotel. The only thing we didn’t like was the long walk uphill from the bus stop to the hotel. While the hotel offered shuttle pick up from the bus stop, this information was not made known to us. We wish we knew to call the hotel to pick us up. Dragging our large luggages up the hill for 30 minutes was quite a challenge. "

"The hotel is very clean with beautiful view of golf course and mountain, especially during the summer and autumn. Not convenient for tourist as it's quite far from the station with limited bus schedule and food options. The room decor is also outdated. Will recommend the hotel for golfers and not tourists."

"Wonderful hotel and resort. The hotel architecture is wonderful. The hotel room view capture a beautiful snowy landscape with a lake. The view gave me a sense of tranquility with a cozy ambience. The hotspring was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. One staff even drove me from hotel to the hotspring site. I really appreciated the helpfulness. The Japanese breakfast was tasty and remarkable. The transportation to the outlet and train station is convenient"

"The view from this property was stunning! We had the room with a view of Enoshima and Mt Fuji. It was cloudy part of the time and so we couldn’t see much of the mountain, but on our last day the clouds lifted and the view was Amazing! It is also walkable to the beach and restaurants, and they have a shuttle to a bus stop and near a train station. The staff were very kind and really tried to understand our poor Japanese and English. This property was expensive, but we felt we got our money’s...
