「Good:Bike rental included Problems: Difficulty opening door to room, told front desk, nothing ever done At check in, told them i was Marriott bon voy member, at check out they charged me for internet access (free when member) and bill had to be corrected Pool ran out of towels one day Have stayed here 3 other years, things have gone downhill this year」

「Cutest hotel ever. I cannot wait to stay again. The staff were so friendly. Bedding was very comfy. The room was adorable. I love the little Smeg fridge. Tempting with all of the drinks inside, lol. Hotel is walking distance to all of the delicious restaurants in Hyde Park. Zero issues. Parking isn’t ideal, but that’s not the hotels fault.」
