「This was a pleasant discovery in our search for a weekend relaxing stay at Laguna Beach. The grounds are beautiful, the cottage was private and quiet. Easy walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Th amenities were very nice and beds very comfy. We are investigating a future stay with a family gathering. 」

「I stayed a week here by myself mostly with family visiting a couple evenings. This was a perfect central location to enjoy the area. Very close to beach, groceries, restaurants, etc., I found I did not need a car for any necessities, including dining, beach and supermarket a little over a block away. Everything you need is provided, and the air conditioners were really a big plus. Kirsten was very responsive and a great host!」

「We were in San Clemente for a weekend of wedding activities and just needed a home base between events. The added bonus was its location to the beach for early morning walks before the busyness started. The property is not air conditioned (which we learned is typical in that area) so keep that in mind. The property manager was very responsive in a timely manner and took care of our questions. 」

「Seems to be harder to find homes on the beach front that aren’t massive. This was the perfect place. I am used to staying down further from the pier about 42nd street. But I am now sold on being closer to the stores and restaurants. This house had everything we needed. Will be coming back. 」

「Location is convenient for walking either to the beach or to the downtown restaurants. Cottage is comfortable with lots of room for 2 people. WiFi is great, very fast. Outdoor deck is very roomy and airy with plenty of seating. This was my second stay here so I definitely recommend. Riki is a great host as well. 」
