「My stay started as a cautious one, and quickly changed to a great one . Room was alot more then I anticipated, and staff- from manager Shawn down to the clerk's went well above and beyond for levels of service. Seen postings negative to site but believe me I've been here almost a month and found nothing bad. 「We liked the friendliness of the folks around us. Once we got used to the the streets and how they changed names we were able to navigate around without trouble. At first though we got lost quite often. There weren't enough towels and wash cloths and the kitchen faucet had a broken faucet nut which we had to fix ourselves a couple of times. Other than that it was a most comfortable abode and we are glad that we rented it. 」

"They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. "
