“We booked Ca’Nadia just to have a place to rest between our 10 AM checkout and our 6 AM flight to Madrid — and it ended up being one of the best decisions of our trip. Check-in wasn’t supposed to be until 4 PM, but they graciously allowed us to check in FOUR hours early. After traveling, that kindness meant everything. Roberto went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and welcoming — not just polite, but genuinely kind. They booked our early morning……

“Walking distance from train station is around 5 minutes. This is also near actv station "Riva De Biaso", very convenient. My room is 02, unfortunately it has an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, but other than that, everything is good enough. I am glad that I utilize kitchen nicely.”

“Maravilloso lugar, ubicación excelente. Nosotros estuvimos en una habitación en el último piso en invierno, silencioso, cálido y con una tremenda vista!!! Quizás la cama fue lo menos cómodo (muy dura para nosotros), pero todo el resto, increíble, cafetera, lavavajillas, lavadora, baño y habitación amplios, y comedor cocina óptimo!!! Muy recomendable. Además, es hermoso el lugar y los alrededores!”

“As a world traveler, I expect smaller apartments and tight quarters whenever I visit different countries. In fact, I had just enjoyed a 700 sq ft apartment the week prior in Venice. However, this 1400 sq ft apartment blew me away with its spacious rooms, remodeled bathrooms, COLD A/C and perfect location nearby sights and a water taxi stand. I couldn’t suggest a better apartment if you are looking for some fun with friends or family!!!”
