"Very friendly staff! The 2 ladies in the evening shift were very nice and helpful. Loved the updates of the room, but I wish they’d put more attention into some deep cleaning as they do the modern furniture or lighting. Our room smelled VERY musty! We ended up buying room spray and an air freshener for the room to try to disguise it a little (and you shouldn’t have to do that at a hotel) If we were staying longer than one night, I would’ve definitely wanted a new room. Bummed about the pool too…I can deal with the fact it’s right smack dab in the front of the hotel, it’s that it didn’t have any chairs or lounges! That’s definitely a first for me, why have a pool."

"My husband & I stay here often. This hotel has the best rates around, hands down. Especially when you consider the cleanliness of the property & rooms. Also the knowledgable & friendly staff are to be dually noted here. The kitchenette includes two burners for cooking, has cabinet space & the refrigerator/ freezer is a definite plus. However our stay this time had its concerns. We had an air conditioning unit that did not cool. We did not rest well at all due to being very uncomfortably hot. This is the first time we did notice some bugs of various kinds in our room & we were not pleased with this. Otherwise all went very well."

"We frequent this location as it is close to our home and love doing, staycations to get away from the norm. The inside pool and jacuzzi are always a treat and the complimentary snacks and drinks at happy hour are very enjoyable. The cook to order breakfast hits the spot as well as the breakfast selections to choose from. Having an adult drink at the in-house restaurant is very pleasant and the staff is always welcoming. We will continue to come here and enjoy everything Embassy has to offer. Clean rooms and great staff make it an easy decision."

"Dirty sheets , dirty sheets . This property does not change thier bed sheets . Checked in the night before . Found multiple hairs on pillow and bed sheets and roaches crawling on floor.. staff over there are rude and disrespectful, especially for one staff that looks a like a men and bald headed lady was cursing me out and threatening to shoot me with her gun and using foul language towards me . Her and her supervisor lady was cursing me out . Due to a late check out I requested upon checking in with the night clerk . He failed to note it and let the morning shift aware of it . And them two ghetto hood ladies cursing me out and making threats, repeatedly to me and kept telling me to get the fuk off the property . This place is very ghetto and very unprofessional. And upon checking I witnessed one of the house man just spraying the bed sheets and fluffing the pillow without changing any bed sheets and that was a check out room . SMH. This place is filthy and nasty and nasty ghetto staff. Stay away from this property by all means . Don’t waste your money . This place needs to be investigated for sure . All over a late check out that I requested upon checking in and night staff failed to note that . And morning staff threatened to keep my $75 dollars deposit."

"There maybe could ba a better solution for breakfast. Doesn't need to be a full buffet. But a toaster, bagels, some grab-and-go fruit. Just enough so guests don't leave hungry. Many of us are rushing get on the road, heading to a meeting and since prpbably already running late.....lol. Not having to make a stop at a s-l-o-w drive thru before sitting in traffic would be a great !"
