Poor communication about engineering work which meant we had no water for one of the night's we were there. When we contacted the front desk to inform them they offered little help and information. A real pity considering the stay was during the weekend when we came to see Taylor Swift and so it would have been prudent to tell us about this considerable disruption when we checked in so we could have made alternative provisions.

The location is amazing, rooms need a major renovation though. Our first room looked like someone had died in it. Huuuuuge dark red/brown stains all over the floor by the beds. We got moved to another room and it wasn’t as bad but still had stains everywhere

We always stay at this hotel when we visit LIVERPOOL.. the staff are always friendly and helpful (ste, Ben, jack, Logan, Sam and neive) the beds are really comfy and you get plenty of choice at breakfast
