「Very comfortable. A small kitchen with a microwave and a toaster is convenient for guests. Walking 10 minutes to the tube station.」

「Very convenient location. Right next to the Farringdon Station. You could hear a bit of the trains but it was not noisy at all. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops near by. This was the second time we stayed at a master apartment. This time we experienced a bit hiccup with the electrical appliances ( washing machine and toaster). Communication with the CS team was courteous though would take a bit time to reach the ends. We would recommend this property.」

「Bathroom was stinky and rooms were too hot at night to sleep. This apartment is above a bar therefore terrible noise late night of smashing empty beer bottles. I will not recommend anyone to live in this apartment.」

「The communication was inconsistent. They make promises they dont keep - like grocery orders they forget to purchase, and pantry access for more toilet paper that you can't access. Instead they changed my room access code due to "miscommunication". The floor was filthy, it turned my white socks actually black, and the room was suffocatingly hot. The price was equal to a decent hotel in a much nicer area, but I booked it for the convenience of a washer/dryer. That machine was a nightmare that...

「I booked a one-bedroom and ended up having a two-bedroom apartment. The place is clean, with all the kitchen equipments as you need if you want to stay in for some simple cooking. Location is relatively easy - 15 mins simple walk from London Bridge station. The Wifi is VERY UNSTABLE though - it kept dropping in and out. As this is a work trip, it's quite annoying.」

「I contacted the apartment as they asked for my ID off of the dedicated app they provide. They left me outside in the cold for over an hour, I called several times and was gas lit and lied to by the lady who said they were processing, bare in mind they have my ID and the deposit and I confirmed all details, they then emailed and I responded. I kept asking for an update, after calling 7 times a man answered and said there was an amenities issue and I would need to find elsewhere- an hour after...

「Really nice, big and modern place. Description was accurate. Very clean and had everything I needed with lots of additional things I didn’t need. Good communication and very easy check in process. It is on a main road so there was some noise but with the win so shut was absolutely fine and they even provide ear buds and a white noise machine but I didn’t need either. Highly recommend」
