Beautiful hotel - it was definitely the 5 star service you would expect. The staff were extremely attentive and showed me how to use the facilities in my room. The decoration was superb, loved the ‘japandi’ feel and the breakfast was exceptional. Look forward to booking this hotel again

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel The staff were fantastic especially the guy on the front desk who worked so hard to make our stay perfect . This hotel has such a vibe . Lighting in the bar area is so lush and the food absolutely amazing. Bedrooms are beautiful especially the white fluffy towels

The hotel was newly opened and clearly suffering from teething issues. Our reservation was not logged so the staff had to find us a room which was OK but not what we booked. The rooms had undergone some renovations and our sink leaked. The fridge made a lot of noise all night and there was a bright light from the heating controls. However the room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was in a good location and the staff were very attentive and apologetic for the issues.

The room was pleasant (stayed in Aethos room), it wasn’t too big but enough space with a sofa, table, and a big bed, with plenty of sockets located throughout the room. There were a lot of amenities including hairdryer, umbrella, robes, slippers, water, toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving kit, comb etc. The room was very clean with nice decor, and it had a very large TV with Netflix & YouTube, plus you could connect your phone to access a few other apps. There is a cafe in the hotel, plus breakfast for an additional fee. At the time of our stay, the room was very hot and it wasn’t entirely clear how the AC worked, however, we asked a member of staff who helped us out. The staff are very friendly. The only downsides we faced was the high priced temporary charge they take (£100/night), and I felt the room was quite expensive for what it was, especially as breakfast was not included in that rate. I believe the normal rate for the date we stayed was priced at over £1000 total for 3 nights. I was perhaps expecting something grander for the cost.

A great hotel with great amenities and spaces. Our room was nicely designed and spacious. Lobby cafe is really great spot to do some laptop work. And the lower restaurant was also really nice. We had excellent service from everyone that there - all very friendly and helpful. This is a great spot overall. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel is beautiful! The aesthetic is clean and minimal and the design shows no detail was spared. The room was lovely and they even include turn down service at night. They provide plenty of water and the robes and slippers are a nice touch. Everyone working there was kind and helpful at all times. What a gorgeous hotel.
