「Hotel was great - location, amenities, service and cleanliness. Can’t wait to go back.
The Rent A Car company -Priceless- was a disaster and ripoff. Located off-airport in a seedy area. Still waiting for reimbursement of $350 extra insurance they required. I’ve never had to provide a copy of the insurance before. Also lied about the need for an Ez pass @ $10.99/ day. Claimed we couldn’t pay at the toll booth. Not true. Took photos to prove. They are not returning my calls. Several travelers...

「LOVED this hotel. The art deco pink historic vibe is awesome as is the pool, the beach, the unique coffee shop (yay no starbucks) and, restaurants are good albeit a bit pricey.
The rooms are a tad small, but the bldg is old, so there is that consideration --- but overall, we LOVED our time spent here and if I was to go back to St. Pete I would stay here in a second. 」

「Room was super clean . Staffs were nice , accessible to swimming pool and beach easily. Got house keeping everyday to clean and organize the room. We. Loved it . Free rides to go anywhere within the island . 」
