Or having to get picked up by an uber outside of the security gate, property premises because they’re not allowed in, are all small inconveniences that add up to the experience. 「The service and location of Estancia are the two things that impressed me the most. The resort is like 3 min walk from the beach. If you want to go to downtown areas (which is about 12 min of rides from the resort), you can always get a cab within 5 minutes. The staff here are super friendly and helpful.
