“Medina Charme Riad and Spa is a charming new riad, ideally located close to the historical sights and shopping areas of the medina. My sister and I stayed here for five nights as a birthday getaway, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Before arrival, the very helpful manager, Nabil, contacted me to welcome us and arrange airport transport. We were met by the always-smiling Adil, who walked us from the main road to the riad and was on hand throughout our stay. The beautiful……

“I would actually give it 4.5 out of 10 but on balance 4 felt maybe over blown. It’s a beautiful Riad and is charming for a short term stay if you’re bored of regular hotels. The rooms aren’t the most soundproof but that comes with the territory of boutique hotels like Mellah. I would defiantly recommend booking a taxi via the hotel, as it’s not the easiest place to find! However, the location is great within the city walls. The food at the hotel was excellent, but a common theme across……

“A wonderful Riad right in the centre of Marrakesh, only a 15 minute walk from the main square. The staff are extremely friendly and will always go the extra mile for you - The breakfast changes slightly everyday which is a nice touch and a good way to start the day. You’d be silly not to stay here! Oh, it also has a lovely roof terrace and pool! ”

“If you drive, do NOT stay this. No car park there although it said they have. Only a public car park on the street and I need to wait for halt hour for the parking as the public car park is very busy and lots of local people will lock your car and asked for money.”

“This Riad is an oasis of calm in the middle of the medina, it is spotlessly clean, the food is superb and the staff are all so kind and helpful, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything you need. Any excursions you want can be organised and the airport pick up and drop off were brilliant, I can recommend highly.”
