“Really loved staying here! Easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, clean and modern, with kitchen and washing machine. We go to bed early so we lived the quiet neighborhood and being away from the crowds. Plus the vaporetto makes it easy to get to Venice and then back to relax in your home away from home. Highly recommend for quiet vacationers.”

“A very large place, clean, beautiful views from the windows, a large balcony, next to a water bus station.”

“Photo of the entrance to the unit is misleading. What you see is the unit across the canal. The entrance is tunnel like and unit is at the end. Photos of the interior have also been “adjusted”. Upon entering there was a distinct musty smell. Opening the windows helped. Linens are old and smelly. Bed is lumpy and with two people rolls to the middle. That said the location is great with easy access to many restaurants and sights. Communications was also good. Unit was also quiet for……

“Nice stylish apartment. Easy to find once I realized google maps was taking me one house past the address. I just had to walk back a short way and I found it. Getting into the apartment was easy.”

“Host is very clear on check-in instruction, it was smooth. The apartment was cozy and location is excellent. Thankful that there is storage area for our luggage. It will be great if the other bedroom has a AC.”

“While this was not the worst place we’ve ever stayed, it was far from the greatest. The thing that was really a let-down was the false advertising for this place. None - I mean NONE - of the photos in the listing were accurate. It looks like photos were taken and then run through AI to improve their visual appeal. Totally misleading. We specifically booked this place for the A/C. While it does have an A/C unit, it is only in the bedroom and only moderately cools the living area. Plus, the……

“The property is well located and pretty comfy. The kitchen was very well equipped, which allowed us to cook without any problems. At times, the air conditioning didn't seem to be enough for the apartment.”

“This is such a wonderful place. Denise our host was very friendly and helpful. The location is truly convenient to everything, including the attractions and water buses. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend it!!”

“Great location close to everything. Tania came and met us at vaporetto stop very nice person. A lot of steps for being on second floor. Spacious 2 bedroom 1 queen, 2 singles could have been a little bit softer.”

“We really liked the quiet courtyard: nice way to chill after the buzzing city”
