「Too many hiding fees, no fee list transparency and they don’t clearly show it to people before you book it. Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. Stupid check in and out time so DO NOT come here. 」

「The hotel is nicely located away from the falls area but close enough to be convenient to get to. It has a pool and a restaurant is right next door. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. The rate is good also.」

「It is well-located, 10-min walking distance to the falls. The bed is also comfortable, but the room is dated and so dim. We were a bit shocked when notified that our room was on the ground floor, where everyone can easily reach outside our room. That made us worry about our safety. Ended up nothing bad happening, but you may have to think twice if you prioritize safety as your main concern when choosing a hotel. 」
