Northeast Florida Beach Hotel

"The staff at this hotel is awesome. From check-in to checkout. The staff went over and beyond to make sure our stay was great. The breafast staff was very professional and welcoming. Housekeeping made sure we had everything we needed and was very professional as well. We will definitely be staying again soon!"

"I have stayed here the last few times I have come to Jax. It has been a pleasure to stay I have family and friends I can stay with but it is relaxing the rooms have been clean and comfortable; staff very nice. I even added a night. Has night security which is nice because I come in usually anywhere between two and four in the morning usually pretty quiet cause I sleep during the day and I love the location, no matter where I’ve had to go. It’s easy to get to the interstate or wherever I need to go and the prices are reasonable. Wish there was a few more handicap parking spots so that when I come in at 34 in the morning, I always have to end up parking in the very back in the back of the parking lot but then again that’s my fault for coming back so late."

"Our 3-day stay at Embassy Suites was thoroughly enjoyable. The rooms, as anticipated, were generously spacious. A highlight was the complimentary Manager's Reception each afternoon, offering alcoholic beverages for adults and tasty finger foods. The breakfast options were excellent, with a standout omelet bar. The children particularly enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi, especially convenient given the warm weather and potential rough outdoor conditions. I'm uncertain about the Hilton rewards member perks, as there were none received upon check-in. The location is superb, situated near Deerwood where other reputable hotels are located."

"Staff were super friendly, check-in was easy. Room was extremely clean. We had 2 queens and a pullout sofa for 2 adults and 3 kids. Easy layout. Will be back when we travel through again. "

"Great place for a weekend getaway trip, with all the amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable, we had an awesome view overlooking the pool and beach and the staff were so friendly. This resort is truly a hidden gem in north Florida and we’ll definitely be back!"

"Great place! Very surprised with the property, better than I thought it would be. All the staff was amazing! All very kind and helpful! Especially the young man putting up our beach accommodations! I love that you don’t have to go anywhere once you’re there! Only one thing I didn’t see was an area to buy things that you might forget when traveling, tooth brush, toothpaste and etc. Restaurant had great food and prices were decent. We will definitely be going back and staying longer! "

"I want to say a big thank you to Noelle and Kristen front desk manager they are both amazing….. So I had an issue and had to do a late check in ( 5:00 am) they saved my room and didn’t cancelled and I think I bothered them so much that he would have killed me but with great attitude and excellent service I had no issue thank you both for an amazing stay especially with a 1 year old baby….. I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND REMEMBER TO ASK FOR NOELLE AND KRISTEN (front desk manager)"
