Ontario Family Hotel

"Since last year there has been lots of maintenance upgrades. However some of the exterior on the porches needs new wood and painting. Some wood was deteriorated and it could be termites. Otherwise the updates and freshening were good."

"Kids enjoyed the water park . Close to everything . Would be nice to check in a lil earlier or have the water park area opened a lil later . "

"Excellent location for traveller arriving by public transport, only 4 subway stops from Union Station, then a 1 minute walk to the Hotel, easily walkable from Union Station also if no luggage. Shops,bars and restaurants all close by as well as all major attractions which are within walkable distance. Room was excellent, bed very comfy, breakfast is a must, house keeping also excellent as well as all staff in the hotel. 5 star stay would recommend and if going back to Toronto I would definitely stay there."

"Property was very clean, big room with queen size beds, staff was very helpful and respectful. Very convenient and excessible for shopping, dine in. The only thing i was little disappointed was the viewfrom my room."

"The Oakes had a plumbing issue so they moved us to the Hilton. Our room was nice with a great view of both falls. "
