"shuttles to and from parks are quick and run frequently. We definitely went more than we would have if we had to deal with parking. Food in the hotel is very expensive, but it was definitely convenient and we stopped in a few times."

"This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The entire property feels neglected, outdated, and poorly maintained. From the moment we arrived, things started going wrong. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and squeaked loudly with every movement, making it nearly impossible to sleep. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the fire alarm kept going off throughout the night, constantly waking us up and ruining any chance of getting decent rest. The room looked worn out and dirty. Several things were damaged, including cracked lamp shades, which made the hotel feel cheap and unsafe. The shower barely had enough water pressure to rinse off properly, turning a basic shower into a frustrating experience. The bathroom door design is terrible. It actually pinched and hurt my fingers, which is something I’ve never experienced in any hotel before. Parking was also a confusing mess, with poor signage and little guidance for guests. Overall, this hotel needs serious renovations and much better maintenance. Between the uncomfortable beds, constant fire alarms, weak shower, damaged fixtures, and overall dirty appearance, I cannot recommend staying here. There are far better options in the area for the same price."
