“I stayed at this location for 6 days with my family due to family member loss. I was extending my stay on the go since I didn't know for how long I was to be there. Every time there were to send me a code to get access to the building/room, but the code was giving issues every time. One night it was about -3 below and I was outside for about 30 minutes with my spouse and my two little kids. That was just really bad specially after coming home from a funeral at nighttime. The room was not 100%……

“Clean room. Pretty view. Everything else was not great. There is no reception or help on the spot at all. My entry code was not working and I got lucky that someone happened to be there that day. The following days, I saw several guests struggling to enter the property and had to open the door for them. Any questions to management had to be done by phone call, with no follow-up. Very incompetent/hands off managements. Housekeepers are nice but can’t do much”
