「Room was dirty, no extra blanket for the sofa bed until we asked, extra amenities (toilet paper and paper towels) never got delivered, room did not look like it did as advertised, not sound proofed in the slightest despite being right off Queensboro bridge, lamp plug was banged up, pillowcase had makeup on it from a previous tenant. 」

「Cannot say anything bad about this place, ticked every box. Clean, staff were great and easy access to the subway, great to have a kitchen and a big fridge. Loved it, when we go back we will definitely be looking to book here again.」
