The location is so peaceful and is just a short drive to Blackhawk casinos and Golden Canyon State Park. The host provides great communication. Highly recommend this chalet and host. 「The cabin was amazing and very quaint and had all the necessities one could want. There were extra blankets if we got cold as well as a pellet fireplace which made the cabin smell so cozy. The hot tub was perfect to sit and watch the sunsets and the kitchen and washer/dryer was equipped with everything. The host was very receptive to any questions we had and it was the perfect getaway! While we were hoping to see a bear or moose, we got to see a red and black fox, eagles, and many deer.」

「The home itself was lovely with incredible potential. The home seemed very new with some details not addressed (toilet handle falling off, doors that were not plumbed or hung correctly so would not close) Dirty non laundered blankets, air fryer had old food in it...) and in need of a pest control service. The upstairs loft with 4 beds has no window coverings and it is impossible to sleep beyond sunrise. However, the home layout and decor is quite tasteful and modern. It could be stunning...

「This home had so many different spaces for our large family to spread out in! It is an interesting layout but it really works great! There are three different living/hang out areas which makes it awesome if you’re spending a few days with a lot of people! The rooms were nice and spread out and we loved the boot/entry room. Great for getting gear on before heading to the mountain. You can ski down from the resort if you know the mountain which was really nice! Don’t try this if you are not shown...
