Perfectly located just one block from Mamita's Beach and 5th Avenue, this modern 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo offers the ideal setting for your Playa del Carmen getaway. With easy walking access to everything, it features garage parking, a rooftop pool with cabana beds and sea views, in-unit laundry, a full kitchen, air conditioning, and a great balcony shaded in the afternoons.

As super hosts, we pride ourselves on our prompt assistance whenever you require during your stay.

Infinity Rooftop Pool: Enjoy views of the Caribbean Sea and relax in cabana beds or on the shallow edge of the pool.
