Very beautiful condo, had everything you needed for a great stay, located on quiet street 1 block from the end of 5th ave with tons of amazing food options right outside your door. Roof top pool was beautiful with nice loungers up top. Had hot water! Communication was great with hosts. Would definitely stay here again. They offered complimentary cleaning service once during the stay but we didn’t feel the need to use!

Apartment was in a really great neighborhood. 10 minute walk to the beach,(playa72) 3 minutes to 5th avenue, but many great places in the immediate vicinity - an oxxo, fruit market, coffee shops and restaurants away from the madness of fifth. 10 minute walk to a beautiful grocery store on 10th (super chedraui) The apartment was very clean, they provided 2 beach towels, which was great, and bath towels. Housekeeping comes every 4 days. Kitchen had basic supplies, coffee maker, blender, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Enough to make a basic meal. Bed was very comfortable. As for the downsides, the view was terrible, the neighbour’s air conditioner and water tanks. The hot water was almost nil. And the water pressure was AWFUL . Barely a trickle. Wifi was not the greatest, fine to check a quick email, but not good for streaming or working from home. Rooftop pool area was nice. Very small pool and cold, but still nice to enjoy an afternoon cocktail. Communication with property manager was ok - we were given the wrong code on check in, which was irritating. Housekeeping came a day late, due to a mix-up and our key card for the rooftop didn’t work the whole time we were there. Nice guy, but there were definitely some hiccups. I would definitely say it would be helpful to have a broom and dust pan to sweep up beach sand :) tea towels in the kitchen and some face cloths in the bathroom. It was overall a really great stay for the price we paid. I would definitely stay here again

Great experience overall, the only thing is that we left the window open for a little and got so many ants in the apartment. Overall, enough tapestry in the kitchen, good fridge, definitely enough space for a three person comfortable stay, good bathroom and nice balcony. I wish the balcony actually had a table and some chairs though.

This property is perfect and comfortable. There is no cleaning service for your stay, but you are supplied with cleaning products. My only complaint is that the wifi went out and never came back on. I sent a message on WhatsApp, but it was never answered. Communication is very minimal! Just enough to get you in there. We would definitely stay again, because this wasn’t a huge problem for us…. Thank you for a wonderful facility.

Cheap and good location. But, if you looking for more than just a bed to put your head at night do not stay here. My wifi didn't work when I checked in, I messaged/emailed the hotel and got no response for my entire stay(4 days). The balcony has no chair which makes it basically irrelevant. There is no chair or table in the room, so I'm not sure where your supposed to eat? The bedding and towels in the room were all stained and dirty. The location is perfect, but there are plenty of better options in the same area and price range. I would not recommend this place to any of my close friends.

Will not use this company again. Had a bad experience with the address being changed on me not knowing if I was in the right place. Person there didn't speak any English to confirm if I was at the right place, rooms were poorly labeled, safe didn't work, no chair or table to relax on.

Estube mas de 2 semanas en Kumaru suites, esta muy cerca de todo, la Quinta avenida a 3minutos, un supermercado Chedraui a 7 minutos, restaurantes al lado, fruterías y tiendas de abarrotes ee cada lado también. Playas a 10,15,30 minutos, la mas cerca era la playa 38, en la calle 38. La piscina del Kumaru es muy tranquila siempre está limpia, el señor que trabaja ahí Milton se ocupa muy bien del mantenimiento del lugar siempre esta todo limpio. Muy seguro siempre hay alguien de seguridad en la noche de las 7 a las 7 de la mañana. Este lugar es muy tranquilo y el personal muy amable. Lo único que menos me gustó es que la aislación del departamento es mala entonces se escucha todo lo que pasa en la calle. Soy una persona que tiene el sueño muy liviano pero no me molestó tanto. El wifi no funcionaba siempre ( no se quería conectar) pero lo que hacía yo era desconectarme y volver a conectarme y normalmente me funcionaba. Sino les recomiendo a 100 % este lugar si quieren descansar, disfrutar de la playa y salir a descubrir playa del Carmen!
