"The place is clean and quiet. Added bonus of fresh towels daily given without requesting for it at all plus just an hour or so drive to Tokyo! Our new favorite place!❤️"
"I very much love their hello kitty room!!! The room is as great as it is in photos!!! We had a great time :) would definitely book this again if we visit Japan again! "
"Highest floors are un-livable, there are extremely loud vibrations that made me complain for money back. They didnt accept, however luckily they allowed me to change room for 4th floor, which I accepted and there the vibrations could not be heard, just extremely loud street noise intercom outside of the room."

"Good space, mini kitchenette and washer + dryer in room was the best. Bed was comfortable. Room and linens were clean. Easy access to transpo and convenience store. Internet was good. Most of all staffs were helpful in sending some of our luggages to the airport as we don't want to carry it with us to Kyoto and Osaka. "
"This Hotel is modern and trendy. It offers a cool restaurant and lounge. The staff were very helpful and attentive and spoke great English making it easy. Its located on a quiet street across from a park and a couple minute walk to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building and subway satation. The room was clean, beds and pillows comfortable. I would highly reccomend staying here."
