"After reading negative reviews we were worry But, we were actually blown away in how beautiful this hotel was. Front desk staff Yandra was amazing!, hotel personnel in general were very accommodating and pleasing. Buffet staff Ramon and Moises were amazingly accommodating and making sure we had everything we needed. Fabio at the pool bar we'd nicknamed him"papà" very pleasant and kind always had our cups full. Hotel rooms very amazing comfortable and super clean. Great air-conditioning. Room cleaning services was awesome always left a nice decore in our bed and curtains. His hotel has a partner Senator which is lovely as well. "

"Habitaciones muy limpias, staff muy amables y serviciales, champaña, refrescos y agua en el refrigerador, de la habitacion, buen aire, piscinas equipadas y con actividades divertidas,! Se puede pasar a Playa Bachata caminando!! Ambiente fenomenal!!! Mi unica queja por asi decirlo es que las bebidas son muy aguadas!! Ellos piensan que no sabemos a que saben los licores y las senti muy ligeras y sin sabor!! Pero la tomamos y la pasamos Super bien!! Los restaurantes, heladerias y coffe store !! Muy buenos!! Recomiendo el lugar!!! Mi familia y yo la pasamos muy bien"

"This resort was very nice , the rooms are very spacious the A/C is the best . The food was great . Staff members were very friendly. We want to personally thank Maria and Estefani they were always very attentive and made our stay and my Dads birthday a special one . Ernesto from the tours was great we had a wonderful experience at paradise island it’s a must do. Specially on a Saturday when it was very busy . Hendry was very friendly and welcoming . Some evenings we had dinner outside in front of the pool and that was very nice and beautiful . The vibe was very romantic and nice. The beach is very close and a beautiful walk , The place is super nice and clean . Compared to other resorts we been this one is small and everything is close by. Gym staff Adonis were also great and very motivating . We had a wonderful time. And we will definetly be back . "
