「What a gem! We were pleasantly surprised with Park Point Marina. After a lackluster stay at the Radisson, we switched to here for our second night's stay in Duluth. Since we came in the winter, the prices were very reasonable, but even during peak season, Park Place is still worth what i assume are premium prices. First impressions were that the resort has tons of character. It doesn't rely on huge open spaces like most hotels, but instead offers a cozy, very homely "up north" costal cabin...

「Such a solid location to explore from, I really enjoyed the historic building and the beautiful view of the busy main street below. Very reasonably priced, great snacks for a short stay and restaurant attached for a meal. Thanks for the lovely trip.」

「Rented here because it was the only thing left near Duluth, so I was a little worried since the price was so affordable, but I was pleasantly surprised! The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. I will definitely be staying here again. 」

「The pool was okay. It was small and cozy. My room was a little smelly of cigarettes. I think the previous people booked before me smoked in the bathroom. My door lock was not working. It won’t stay locked.」
