「Super clean room and friendly host! Check in instructions were clear and accurate, but we still got a bit of confusion with too many doors. Extremely clean place, fresh towels with nice scent.」

「It was so lovely to stay at Lily's place. It's a small space, pristinely clean, perfect, comfortable, exactly what we needed. Felt like a little respite every time we returned from being out. Lily is a wonderful host and made us feel so very welcome. The neighborhood is lovely, especially in the summer with sweet gardens everywhere. This will be our #1 choice when we return to the area, which we do regularly. Thank you so much, Lily and family :-)」

「Enjoyed our 3 day stay! Very nice basement apartment, modern! Owners upstairs were very quiet. Nice hub: we visited the Toronto Zoo, Niagara Falls and parks with hiking.」

「Valentina is an excellent communicator. Location is perfect - it is literally a walk away from CN Tower. Make sure however that you know that the bathroom, the sitting room, the kitchen, are all shared with other travelers. We were reminded of this two hours before our arrival and indeed, its in the fineprints of the description (do scroll down to the end of the list). 「For 3 guests only single access key provided. It was too inconvenient on repeated request to customer service no action for additional keys. The unit beds were making noise and not comfortable to sleep.」

「Owners were very nice. Told us to reach out if we needed anything. She offered to help us with our luggage. Very sweet. Even though we were forewarned about the sound of the pump in washroom, we weren’t expecting it to be that loud and running that often. The washroom is right behind the bed, so it will wake you up. The place was pretty clean, except the washroom and the entrance. Bed was comfortable and floors were clean. Location was great for where we needed to be. Beautiful neighbourhood....

「It was good experience.」

「Extremely helpful owner and a lovely modern apartment in a convenient location.」

「The place was clean. But communication with host was poor prior to arrival (did not confirm my other guests) and poor during the stay. Called me to move car to put on other side of driveway despite no previous instructions. Most importantly, the host attempted to charge me a significant extra cleaning fee after checkout when place was left pristine. At first the host said it was “very dirty” then when asked to provide proof, they proceeded with character attacks and stating chairs were broken...

「Stayed for four days to explore Canada and for a concert downtown. 」
