“Good place to stay, may use again. My room had fridge, microwave but no iron(didn't need it) and no hair dryer(needed it). Restroom cleanliness is number one to me and it was clean. No breakfast. Keep this in mind because I saw platforms where it was marked "breakfast". There is coffee and tea in the lobby though. So bring your bagel and you are good. And there are a lot of places to eat close by. The downside - unstable Wi-Fi. Constantly loosing it and that can be frustrating if you need to do……

“Some rooms don't have chairs and all rooms don't have hangers. ”

“Cheap Easy to chenk in”

“Oh my god, the place reeked of pee smell!，Like really strong，And cockroaches everywhere，When I flipped the blanket—boom，a freakin' roach was just lying there，So disgusting，Never ever going back there again， Not in a million years。。”

“It was cheap and it looked it”

“Clean, functional and comfortable stay for the price!”

“The owner was so kind! Unfortunately our room was not clean and the pool had a green tinge in it.”

“Run away like an Olympic sprinter! As you reserve, the motel (not Hotel) indicates there is no smoking. But every room is a smoking room and they want you to think you made a special request. Add to that the bugs and there is no low price in the world worthy of your stay.”

“Nita at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The hotel is very close to Tavares historic district and beautiful waterfront.”

“An Amazing property absolutely beautiful and peaceful great place to unwind and relax old Florida.”

“Terrible check in service”

“太差了，就是一个大车店，千万别住，价钱当然便宜！”
