“Very friendly staff and helpful travel suggestions for sight seeing and food! Unfortunately the area is not the best, surrounded by abandoned buildings. It is very close to the train/bus station. The AC unit was not strong enough to satisfy me so with the heat wave it was not super comfortable in the room. Walking distance to a great restaurant that we loved! Overall the staff and nearby transportation are the strongest wins for this location!”

The hotel was quite difficult to find, one of the bathroom lights was out, and there was an old wall-mounted hair dryer that seemed outdated and would probably be better removed altogether. “This was an amazing experience! Our suites were beautifully appointed, well cleaned, and looked over Campo Santa Maria. The location was perfect for walking around Venice and we were able to walk to most points within a few minutes. The building has kept most of its historic charm and provides a stay that transports you to a life in history. The owners were WONDERFUL!
