"Staff was Great. Special shout outs to Sarah at the desk and Erika the bartender / waitress in restaurant bar. Those Ladies are my two new Best Friends. They couldn't do enough to make me comfortable. Both very Welcoming and Knowledgeable. "

"Spacious and clean within easy reach of Carpinteria and a short drive to downtown Santa Barbara. The addition of a car charger for the EV was icing on the cake. "

"Cozy and well appointed room, very clean. Love the beach access and proximity to restaurants. Ventura and Santa Barbara are within easy driving distance. The trains passed infrequently and were short in length. Similarly, the road is fairly busy with trucks passing by but the noise isn't much louder than the ocean and is mostly limited to daytime hours (we slept well every night). The back half of the lower deck is the outdoor area assigned to this unit. The listing pictures show a patio dining set but it was actually a pair of comfortable beach loungers and a large umbrella during our stay. Tall plants offer some privacy between the front rental unit's portion of the deck. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return for a future visit!"
