「Overall, it was a clean room... Only 1 bath towel for 2 people... the king size bed was so high, it was hard for me (senior citizen) to get up onto... also, the toilet was rocking and outdated.」

「Nice refreshed facility Well presented breakfast even if the space was small」

「The room of Holiday Motel is small but clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is also relatively clean. If the bathroom towels can be replaced with new ones, it will make people feel better. The reception desk offers free coffee from 7:45 to 22:00. The coffee tastes good, and there are banana and apple oatmeal bars, which are quite good! Ron, the front desk, was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to introduce the surrounding scenic spots and features. He cleaned up the Motel...

「Great location as to where we wanted to be, Be sure to verify the address and how to enter the property. No Internet Service until you get into the property. Great little store next door. Had a wonderful time. Very Rustic but charming in it own way.」

「Nice place to stay. Beautiful property.」

「Beautiful location. Great hosts ! Loved kayaking. Clean and acomidating!!」

「We liked the location, as it was close to the park. It was very spacious. We enjoyed the table and chairs, the coffee pot, the fridge and the kitchen sink.」

「Place was extremely well maintained, everything was top notch.」

「Hands down, the best place to stay in the UP! The amount of care the owners put into this really shows. Peaceful, quiet, very clean, lots of amenities, entertainment, and appliances that provide anything and everything you would need for your stay. Very pet friendly with a beautiful yard and wooded trails off the back of the property (our favorite!). I can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back!」

「Clean, inviting, and great ammenities. House on the lake provided hours of entertainment.」

「The house was ok but I wouldn’t stay there again. The upstairs had no AC and it was very hot and uncomfortable. The photos of the bedrooms were not what you saw there. The carpet was unkept and very stained. The one room showed a queen and a full and there was only a queen. There were dead bugs smashed to the walls in the bedrooms. The blinds in the rooms were junk and falling down as were the curtains. The one window didn’t have a screen so you couldn’t open it for cooler air. The coffee mugs...

「Though neighboring cabins were close by we were alone for most of our stay. The cabin was set up nicely with a galley kitchen that was more than adequate for our needs. Our only criticizem would be that we found the mattresses firmer than we like. All in we had a great stay and enjoyed sunset from our kayaks out on the water.」

「We were under the impression that the cabin was wright on the water. You had to walk down a two trail rd. & To another house that's on the lake, The homeowner is really nice & related. We had a good time & they helped me with my kayak. We all Loved the comfy beds!! 👍」

「Very relaxing, beautiful setting,a Stargazer paradise, remote but yet wonderful location its very central. The owner was outstanding to work with great communication, will definitely rent again」

「Super beautiful view of Michigan lake. 」

「I had to reach out to host on day of check in to get info on how to access property. Got there and the bathroom ceiling was leaking all over as it was raining outside (and apparently inside bathroom too). Host had someone come out to property to look at leaking ceiling, couldn't do anything about it .... The next day (drier out) he did caulk around something. Don't know if worked or not as thankfully we didn't have any more rain. Also- very off putting to open cabinets to find set mouse traps...
