“Very clean and comfortable for 3 of us. They supplied a blow up mattress but the sofa was just fine. Walkable to shops taverns restaurants and ice cream. Convenient drive to Portsmouth. Amtrak is a short walk away.”

“Liked that the kitchen, dining and living room was all open and made it spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped fridge, stove, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, silverware and other utensils one would need. Bedrooms were nice. Adequate closet space. Vinyl plank flooring throughout which is nicer than carpet for allergies and in case of spills. Parking was easy. There was a nice deck with furniture to sit and you could see the ocean from the deck. Easy to get to places from……

“This lovely old home has the most modern interior that is a comfortable distance to Portsmouth without being in the city. Attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness as well as the fully stocked beverages that can be added to your bill. I was able to reach Doug immediately concerning check-in as I was having trouble getting my home internet and he was so helpful. Should we come back again we will definitely stay here as they even allowed our 58 pound dog Emma to be with us. Emma loved……

“Easy check in process, close proximity to the beach, a small grocery store, but a huge plus for us was not having our room in the middle of the high traffic boardwalk area, but yet still on the same strip best of both worlds.”

“Pros: The views of the lake are beautiful - especially during the fall when the trees are turning. Check in was easy (but had to call to get the instructions). The house is equipped with Roku tv and the bathroom has a heater. Cons: Zero response from the owner despite multiple direct messages through VRBO. Had to call customer service to get check in instructions - never got any for check out. Other: I’m glad I read prior reviews and knew the property was right next to neighbors and at the end……

“The house is extraordinary! It's large and easily accommodated our family of 16: 9 adults, 2 teens, 4 kids, and 1 baby. Everything was very clean! Loved the kitchen, and it was well stocked. If you're looking for a large place for many people, this is perfect.Admittedly we chose this property for the pool. I wouldn't recommend it if that's your priority. We booked for a long weekend. The night we got there the water was beyond hot, and not swimmable. The young kids were extremely……
