“The floor in the bathroom has a rise in room 312 that the door scrapes over. Paint peeling in bathroon ceiling. It was clean with a zip around mattress protector. The window air conditioner is loud shutting off and on all night. The bed was kind of hard and pillows weren't great. It served it's purpose and was reasonably priced. I wouldn't pay more for it. 10 min easy drive to Hampton beach. Lots of good places to eat on the same strip. ”

“The location of the property was hands down, dining out came with a lot of options around. In terms of safety, this property is one of the quietest and safest with easy parking as well as shopping options. I would recommend to anyone. ”

“Perfectly situated in downtown area. Everything was in walking distance which I love. Only bug bear was the $40 valet parking which I feel should be a lot less. Would also be nice to have proper family rooms with twin or bunk beds for kids as we were four in a room. Breakfast was terrible and very limited with mainly unhealthy options. There were oranges and apples which was the only healthy choice. They said that the restaurant was closed so wasn’t typical. Otherwise a great hotel.”

“Only stopped was in for the night but this place had it all from rooftop bar to eaterys. Rooms were spacious as well as comfortable. Very tidy five stars”
