“Staff were very friendly and generally the hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Bathroom could have been cleaner as there was a lot of dust on the extract fan. But overall, would stay again and recommend!”

“The single negative Is that we ordered pizza we wanted to eat in bed but they then didn’t have any.,
Other than that, staff were polite and friendly, especially the ladies on reception in both the hotel and the pool on Wednesday evening.
The steam room, pool and jacuzzi were all a good temperature (I hate a cold pool and jacuzzi, there’s just no point as it’s not enjoyable).

“This is a nice modern hotel with lovely facilities, but badly let down by the technology not working (at least for the suite I was given). Despite turning the air on to the coldest possible setting in both rooms, the suite was incredibly hot. Not possible to open windows as they were locked shut. I got hardly any sleep as a result.
