「Great place great staff, very clean」

「Lots of beautiful flowers on property. Room "extremely" small and cramped. Nowhere to sit or eat in our room. No Microwave, no tea, no safe, no clock. Could not reach the AC controls 7' up into the wall. Terrible lighting unless daytime. No private balcony for our room. Needs updating. Blackout shades don't fully cover, not useful. Old furniture, Mold in the shower, not clean. Not handicapped friendly. No restrooms near the pool. Would not stay again!」

「Our room was not ready. We waited one hour and it still was not ready. We went to dinner and it was ready when we get back to the hotel. The staff was not willing to find a different room for us and offered a free coffee for our inconvenience」
