「Rooms clean, staff polite and helpful, and nice comp breakfast! Thank you!」

「everyone was super nice, shower wasn’t the best & the water pressure sucked. bed had long black hair inside the sheets, the pull out couch was stained.. never got it changed after calling and going down to ask, the staff closed the elevators and made you take the steps during random hours of the day which was really inconvenient being we were there for a celebration and did a lot of shopping so it was a lot of unnecessary and uncomfortable trips up four flights of stairs.」

「I stayed one night at this hotel and woke up covered in small red bites all over my body. It was extremely uncomfortable and clearly indicates poor hygiene or a bedbug issue. This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.」
