Stephenville Hotel with Pool

"The carpet in the room was disgusting, I did not walk around without shoes. There was mold in the bathroom, where the ceiling met the wall. The comforters had stains on them and the table and dresser did not look like they had been wiped down. The shower curtain was too short and water just poured out of the shower. The toilet seat had exposed wood and the toilet paper holders were broken, the paper fell off the first time I tried to use it. The microwave and bathtub were clean. "

"Super friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are spacious and very clean, the beds are so comfortable, and the location is super convenient to everything! Highly recommend! "

"Staff was wonderful! Very friendly. They really work together to make your stay trouble free. Breakfast was really good and prepared by a very gracious staff as well. "

"Property is in need of a makeover. Floor in room was damaged, laminate was in terrible condition at foot of first bed. The pool was closed for the season, but seeing the green water I am sure no one would swim in it anyway. It is a very run down property. Needs lots of TLC."

"The hotel was not well cleaned. There was old sausage on the microwave and cigareette buds in the corner of the ac unit. It was not very clean overall and the pool was too cold to swim in."

"We have stayed at this hotel several times. Staff is always friendly. When we checked in they were waiting for us. He seen my name come across and knew who we were. To me that proves they care about their guests. I didn't get to use the gym this time. It's very nice and has what you need for a good workout."
