"Roxy and Ramon are excellent hosts! My wife and I stayed for a week at their beautiful place for our honeymoon. They made it special for us, gave us ideas on local restaurants and also cooked up delicious breakfast! We didn’t want to leave, and the best part was the place itself. Our room was the Lapiz Lazuli suite with its own pool. It was spacious, clean and private. The location was perfect as you are a short distance from local eatery and boutique stores. Thank you again for a beautiful time...

TRS Yucatan Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"My husband and I stayed at TRS Yucatan for our honeymoon and we would highly recommend! The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind, our butler team was very attentive to all of our questions and requests, and the resort was clean and calm. We really enjoyed having access to so many different restaurants - it never felt like we were stuck eating the same thing as it sometimes can at all inclusives. We were very happy with our stay and would like to go back to this resort!"

"The best is the environment. Clean hotel, great with well maintained pools and beach areas. Excellent and prompt attention by the employees and wait staff. The food was just ok. A little above average but the policy of not taking food to the pool areas and no room services was a major letdown for me. And putting a set limit on the thermostat during the hot hot summer was very inconvenient. Overall was good but not perfect!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel! Beautifully maintained, with great pools, bars, restaurants and amenities. While there is not really a beach, we didn’t mind that at all, although you can swim in the ocean if you like - it has a barrier to prevent seaweed buildup and waves. We paid an extra $40CAD (for six nights) each to upgrade to the Privileged section - this is well worth it! (Although, if you have the opportunity to upgrade to a room with the tub on the deck, definitely go for that). You get access to your own pool/beach/bar area, as well as the BLoved restaurant - our server Emmanuel was excellent and extremely professional!! You can order food à la carte there and it was always top notch - much better than the buffet! We found the staff throughout the resort to be very pleasant - special shoutout to Antonio in the Mexican restaurant, who also provided excellent service and was so nice to speak with. Evie with the photography team was also super nice while taking our pictures. There were only two cons to our stay - while we had a nice secluded balcony on the ground floor, we could not really enjoy it because at certain points of the day it smelled like sewage. Also, I was not allowed to use the hydrotherapy pool because I’m pregnant, which really didn’t make sense because it’s just a large pool with some water taps that blow water on you if you decide to stand under them, so I’m not sure why I couldn’t use those."

"I had an amazing stay and would recommend this resort to anyone! Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the entire property was beautifully maintained with gorgeous greenery. My favorite restaurants were Bazaar and Carnal. Although the main beach was closed because of seaweed, we found a swimmable beach by walking left toward the spa. The staff truly made this trip unforgettable. Before we even arrived, Victor from Guest Services was incredibly responsive, patiently answered all of my questions through the app, and even checked in on us during our stay. Brandon made check-in quick and welcoming, explaining everything clearly and greeting us with welcome drinks. Our personal concierge, Alfred, was exceptional. He booked our restaurant reservations, checked in with us daily, gave wake-up calls, and always made us feel genuinely cared for. Jharys, our building concierge, made luggage pickup and drop-off effortless and even arranged a complimentary spa visit that was perfect after a few sunburns. At the spa, Gerrado made our hydrotherapy experience relaxing and fun by explaining every step and ending with a refreshing facial. Finally, a huge thank you to Mervin and Saulo for their outstanding service at dinner. They were attentive, kept our drinks full, surprised us with complimentary champagne and chocolates, and made every meal memorable. Thank you all for making our vacation so special!"

"AMAZING! All of the locals know this is the best Secrets. Staff was amazing and gave no issues. The food was great and there was plenty to do to relax and to party/have fun. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. I plan to come back soon!"

"We absolutely loved this resort. We came for our anniversary & stayed 3 nights 4 days. We were upgraded to preferred status when we arrived so we were moved to the preferred room section, with access to The Grotto restaurant and pool. That was a wonderful surprise & really made the trip for us. The resort is really clean, quiet, and beautiful! The restaurants all had a great selection of food. We didn’t get to try Jasmine unfortunately, it was closed on the day we wanted to go. Italian restaurant was fine but the Bluewater Grill was exceptional & the ambiance was amazing! We loved the passionfruit margaritas w/ tajin rim at the pool bars. Service was great as well. Karaoke night was so fun! Tulum in general was a great airport to fly into & rental car service was easy to navigate as well. Will definitely come back!"
