“Staff is excellent! A park around the lake is close by!”

“This place is awful. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. Pulling down the driveway I thought that it must be the wrong place, this can’t be it. Run down, sketchy, and bad vibes all around. Inside looked like the photos but it’s nasty. I only took one photo and that’s of the one pillow laying on the bed where the woman showing us around says she has to go grab a pillowcase for it. The pillow was filthy dirty. I went to the other bed and pulled back the covers, the bed was slept in and the……

“Shelwyn was awesome to deal with. He responded ASAP when we had a question about the shower. Was upfront and helpful. He was in his house on the property but gave us our privacy. The last day of our stay he said take your time getting out because he didn’t have another booking following us. Worked out great as we were moving onto a bigger spot with the rest of our family on Saturday but couldn’t check in until 4. Thank you Shelwyn for everything and being so easy to deal with- we will be back !!”

“We had a wonderful time and the house was just perfect. It was excellently stocked with anything that you could need. You are only steps from the water and the dock is great. Down the road is a beautiful county park (Emerson) and it is very large and circles the water. It's a great place to take a walk. I hated leaving our vacation.”

“The house had so much character.The hostess was incredible.She provided everything to make our stay so comfortable.She really went above and beyond.We had a very relaxing vacation and enjoyed all that the Finger Lakes have to offer. This was our second visit to the finger lakes and this was by far the best place to stay.Our dogs loved it too.The fenced in yard was such a plus.”

“This place was the perfect location to be near or as near as we were going to get to the University for Graduation. Unfortunately we barely got to enjoy the outdoor amenities, which looked absolutely gorgeous. We'd love to book again when we have more time to enjoy the area”

“Space-wise and location were great. The stairs and humidity/moisture were not. With an infant the stairs were a problem. They should be. Red somewhere in the description. There was a definite musty smell when we checked in. Maybe the use of a dehumidifier would help. The location and view are great.”
