"Staff was friendly and helpful, when asked for towels, coffee items were provided. The location was nice, pool and spa were enjoyable. Suggest sweeping front entrance porch and steps. Three of the bathroom doors wouldn't shut completely. All rooms had spiders, purchase an vacuum to sweep up the spiders on ceilings and walls and clean floors. The outside grill was unclean, rusty and not fit to attempt to cook on. Suggest Inn purchase a new grill with cover and staff clean grill daily if...

"We stayed at Sodus bay view for Christmas weekend2025. The property was clean and was the perfect place for our family to “meet in the middle” for the holiday. The kitchen was very well equipped and had a nice assortment of glassware , pots pans and silverware.
