“It would be nice to have a person available for assistance. We waited over 45 min to get in. Unfortunately we didn't have internet/wifi access to allow us to see check in instructions prior to arriving to the hotel as the message was only sent 1 hour prior to check in. If the check in instructions are delivered morning of that would be better for guests that are from the USA as we travel with limited service. But overall, we LOVED the property! Thank you for having us!”

“They do not have a pool .. It's only a soaking tub on top floor!! Extremely disappointing for me as I wanted to swim in a pool the entire vacation.. Also, you can't do laundry yourself.. Which I don't like!! The housekeeper's can but the fee is 25 U.S. Stuff was extremely friendly.. Be aware you can't swim in the ocean do to sargassum it smells and it is everywhere, Tulum and Cancun... Tulum is very expensive also..”

“My partner and I made a last-minute decision to go to Tulum. We opted to stay off the beaten path a bit for a more private, intimate location at a Tulsayab penthouse. The decision paid off big time. The amenities and service were above and beyond. We experienced a LOT of wildlife (racoons, iguanas, agouti, coati, birds, etc.) just on this little bit of beach front. The bay on which the property sits is beautiful and quaint. The road in and out is bumpy/rough, but other than that, we wouldn't……
