“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“We stayed for the first time at the TRS Yucatan after upgrading from White Sands. The entire resort was absolutely beautiful. The staff were super friendly and kind and always there to help if you needed anything. The only slight negative was the steak at any of the restaurants including El Gaucho was really stringy and tough to chew even a New York strip. We did the bonfire dinner on the beach, which was an extra charge but absolutely worth it. A huge shout out to our butler Alexx he was super……

“Wow we were so satisfied with our stay at Ikal! We had the Maya suite and it was better than we expected (you had an entire yard for yourself!) and the whole feeling in the hotel area was really nice. The beach was also lovely and not crowded at all, very chill and nice vibe. Highly recommend! ”
