「I’ve traveled to various European destinations in Mexico and South America, but I’ve never encountered a five-star hotel with such a poorly maintained system. The patio was littered with discarded boards, and the shower leaked. The housekeeping left dirty towels in the rooms, and there were even dead roaches on the floor. My children had bites on their arms and legs when they woke up in the morning, which I suspect were bed bugs. I called the hotel and notified the front desk as soon as I left...

「The ocean is 10 feet from the tables of the restaurant, with beach in between. The beach itself was very nice, lots of activity, jet skis, the Taco Taxi, etc. The waves were solid and it was very pleasant to sit near and relax. The resort is in a nice location, the pool is close to the restaurant and beach as well, all conveniently located close together. The hotel rooms themselves were fine. All rooms have an ocean view and are reasonably new and in fairly good shape. Our mini-split AC unit...

「Wyndham is a timeshare complex. Beware of the sales pitch you will be presented with at check in. There is no breakfast offerings at the restaurant. The restaurant is not affiliated with the Wyndham and the service is very lacking. What is really nice about the stay is the staff. They are very amenable to your needs. The resort is also very quiet and you can always find a beach chair. 」
