“The first night I was arranged to stay behind the elevator, which made me feel uncomfortable and vibrated. Because it was a standard double room with two beds, it was better for me to sleep in the other bed. “Everything about our stay was great. From missing our fist night due to the Mackinac Bridge closing - the staff was very accommodating when we contacted them - to checking in and out, etc.
I’ve read some negative reviews online and I don’t understand them - the hotel was clean, the breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff was friendly. We had zero trouble and will definitely plan to stay with them again.”
