On a attendu quelques minutes avant d’avoir quelqu’un à la réception parce que Sophie était seule pour faire l’accueil, agir comme valet (le valet était absent ce jour là) et apporter les bagages. Mais Sophie a tout fait avec grand sourire et gentillesse. Comment une administration peut-elle mettre toutes ces responsabilités...
