Great stay. They offer filtered water, but were out of water one of the days we stayed. Such a beautiful and well-kept place.

Everything was fine until there was an incident with the room key that was misplaced and lost and when we reported it to the administration they charged us an excessive cost of $600 pesos when the policy is $200 pesos. They told us a story that the entire lock in the room had to be changed instead of getting a duplicate. Very bad management by the administration. They agreed to contact me and two weeks have passed without any information. I felt ripped off. I think it was an abuse of authority. And because of that incident I don't think I'll return or recommend it.

Very beautiful, conveniently located, excellent service from staff. Pretty pool, clean room and comfortable beds. Also, loved the nice sized bathroom!

Nice small hotel at walking distance to the center of Valladolid. The staff was super-friendly and the room we got exceeded our expectations by far! Whenever coming back to Valladolid, Casa Valladolid Boutique will be one of our first destinations to look for.

The hotel is in a nice, quiet area with grocery stores, a bakery, coffee shops, and restaurants. The staff was very helpful. As far as the room, it needed a bit more furniture and the bathroom lacked towel hooks.

The only thing that I can say about the property is signage. Chalk it up to the rain that we had while driving in, but the signage for the property was hard to see so it took a min to find, but other than that... Totally staying here again!

I love this hotel. My only complaint, was the 7 am grounds keeper chopping trees and banging a ladder on sunday morning after the candaleria band quit playing at 330 am the same night . We lost a lot of sleep. I will return.

Es muy tranquilo y seguro, lo único que no me gustó son que si llevas algún alimento o medicina las hormigas pequeñas entran por las orillas de la ventana y tuve algunas en mi cama pero todo bien fuera de eso, lo recomiendo ampliamente y si en otro regreso me volveré a hospedar en este mismo hotel
