「Highly recommend staying at this hotel for a couple of nights if in Victoria. Fantastic service and quality of rooms, breakfast was amazing. Walking distance within town centre but in a quiet area. Parking was tight but at least there was space away.」

「Good location near inner harbor and convenient for foods and meals. We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Check in time should be 4:00 pm but we were told that the room was not ready when we arrived at 4:30 pm and had to wait for more than 15 minutes in the lobby. Reception staff told us that cleaning of the room would be arranged after midday on the next day, but no cleaning of the room was done when we returned the room at 6:30 pm on the next day after sightseeing.
