「We stayed in a suite with a beautiful view of the harbour. Tons of space for the four of us (2 adults and 2 littles). We even hosted a pizza birthday party for my 3 year old, and had enough space for a handful of extra people to visit a bit. The amenities were fantastic - kids loved the pool! Valet service was prompt, in-room dining was delicious. And the location could not have been better. 」

「Good location near inner harbor and convenient for foods and meals. We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Check in time should be 4:00 pm but we were told that the room was not ready when we arrived at 4:30 pm and had to wait for more than 15 minutes in the lobby. Reception staff told us that cleaning of the room would be arranged after midday on the next day, but no cleaning of the room was done when we returned the room at 6:30 pm on the next day after sightseeing.
